WHAT IT DOES
• Review risks: a verdict first, then numbered findings. Tap any finding to see the exact clause it cites.
• Make my redline: each proposed change shows its reason. Keep or skip it, then save a .docx with tracked changes that opens in Word.
• Your playbooks: share two or three agreements you've already negotiated, and DeskCouncil writes down your usual positions. It recognizes the kind of agreement and picks the right playbook on its own.
• Summaries, email replies, drafting and case-law search.

NO PROMPTS
Plain buttons do the work. DeskCouncil picks the AI model for each task and always uses the strongest one for legal work. You can turn on "Always use the strongest model" at any time.

PRIVACY BUILT IN
• Documents are read on your phone. Only the text a task needs is sent to the AI service.
• The AI services we use keep nothing and don't train on your documents.
• We store no client documents on our servers. Your playbooks and history stay on your phone, behind your phone's lock.
• Delete your account in the app at any time.

Pro is $59 a month (about 100 contract reviews or 250 questions). Plans are month to month; cancel any time. If you use up your allowance, add a $10 extra pack or keep working on a lighter model until the month resets.
