Des's taxis have always had polite drivers. I enjoy having a chat when I get in. I don't like speaking with customer service though. To be honest they seem rude, hang up before I get a chance to say goodbye, or they don't even bother saying goodbye, its happened multiple times aswel as to a friend of mine. My mate likes the drivers here in Murray Bridge too. She's just moved from Adelaide and says Des's taxis are fairly priced. I gave 5 stars for the drivers. 1 star to customer service.

The app is good most of the time. But now it won't let me pay by card on the app when I book a taxi. All my cards have disappeared from my wallet and when I try to re add them it says the details of my account are wrong. Sometimes when I try to order a taxi it just says it can't take bookings at this time, but if I call up I get a taxi!!

The app does what it's supposed to. As someone who rely on taxis to get to work, please introduce a feature where NO BOOKINGS will be made if there is no car out at that time. Living in a smaller town compared to a city like Adelaide, so I understand there may be shortages. But it gets difficult to get a taxi to work in the morning between 5am and 8am, especially weekends.

Used to be perfect. Some sort of bug has been introduced, and I can no longer with card in the app. Checked and I've definitely got money and double-checked I entered the correct 2FA code multiple times.

Scheduled a cab for 2335 to get me to work by 0000. It is now 0000, and the booking has still yet to be accepted by a driver I am now late for work due to the company's inability to schedule drivers in a timely manner
