That's why we developed this app - to help curb procrastination, distractions and maintain focus. Detox is a timer designed to stop you from messing around on your phone needlessly. It can even be used as a way to give yourself a digital detox. As a bonus the app also includes an uninstaller! You can also view your session history from the History Screen.
Once you start a timer session the app will check your usage during the period and dissuade you from getting distracted by other apps. It's really easy to start a digital detox, just:
1. Launch the app. 2. Choose a time with the pickers. 3. Hit the padlock-shaped icon and confirm. 4. Study away, without procrastination and distractions.

This is very simple and helpful for me, it improves my sleep cycle my suggestion to developers to please add some kind of feature so that it automatically start detoxing like an alarm which automatically start at 11:00 pm and ends at 06:00am so that it stop me from scrolling and affecting my sleep cycle

After turning on the detox mode in android it is giving notification of detox is overlaying on the other app, if we open that it is giving option to turn off, for this bloc kit is having better solution, it is directly locking the screen if try to click on overlay settings.

It locks the phone for a certain period, but I asked to lock the phone for 3 hours, and it's after 1 hour the phone is automatically unlocked. That means it doesn't maintain the timing
