For all who want to know what is purpose of this application (Device Lock Controller) in my opinion this is for financers who sells phones on credit (loan, emi) to control the device locking, if you don't pay them in time (like monthly emi).

My phone can't deactivate this app when l try to it says blocked by your credit provider l should contact my credit provider for more information it is a really annoying app for me and l don't think others should use

Guys to uninstall this app first go to device admin settings then reactive it then uninstalls it forcefully using adb or cava uninstaller search online for it
