Overall had a great experience with the app, only ever had 1 crash when I first used the app and device and no issues since. Would have 5 stars if it would work with my new phone but for now I have to keep my old phone with me until dexcom have tested it for my new device. Last time it took around 8 weeks after release so should be soon.

I have found dexcom to be an improvement on Freestyle Libra. The fact this app does not allow for any input like food or insulin, while still being superior says a lot. Sadly, there are times when the alarms don't seem to play, and I can't seem to find out why.

I have just changed my review to 5* from 2* because it would not work on my phone, but I have used it before the other phone broke I have just got my upgraded phone a s26 ultra 5g AI download the app, and it is brilliant for me with no hypo awareness I think I have been saved so much by the alarm amazing

It is incredible that the devices Dexcom sells are not compatible with the latest Android system (15), nor with Android 14.

The compatibility to the model of phone it can use is very, very restricted so actually using the app with a sensor is impossible. On looking, older models of the same phone for example are fine (2 years old), but not ones newer. This is not an issue with competitors, such as Libra, why with dexcom? Poor. And before I get a response from the company that the dexcom one is classified as medical device and has to be tested on the phone, so is the Libra 2 plus in the UK, and never any problems.
