I wish to apologize for my last review as I was not happy with app as it was working great then just stopped working. I have now realized it stopped working because my package had been handed over to the postal service, so you could not track it anymore. I may suggest you put something in place that let's people know when you have handed over a package to the post office, so we know why the app has stopped working. Thanks

I've not received text or email regarding delivery it does worry me as last time this happens my parcel with food came following day and was defrosting.

My parcel arrived. Bussed across town because pick up point far away... brought my passport ID. They said We can't release your parcel because the DHL has not yet given the tracking release number. I paid for that bus with time and money! App has NO release number. No email too! Rubbish service, please use Royal Mail!
