My experience with Dial Direct is really something to tell family and friends about. I've had some claims and immediately one thinks that the claim is going to be rejected or one is going to be given the run around. To my surprise, firstly, the person one logs the claim to, is extremely helpful. And within a day o two one gets feedback and the claim settled as per policy documents. Very happy with Dial Direct.

The Vehicle Inspection Form on android is giving an error while trying to upload the Inspection. I have tried a number of times, on different days, different Wi-Fi connections and on mobile data. The call center can't assist resolving the app glitch. They however gave me an email address to send the photos so that they can upload the Inspection manually. Sent email 6 weeks ago but system still shows my Inspection as outstanding, causing my premium to increase. Please resolve the android app.

I was informed that my policy documents would be available on the app, but nothing is showing yet. I have been paying premiums for the past 7 years and still cannot access updated policy information. It is frustrating when important documents are not readily available, especially after being a long-standing customer. I would appreciate quicker assistance and better communication regarding policy updates.

Useless insurer ever. I've insured with you & never claimed all my 5 years, but I had an accident in 2025 December & without enough proof, you refused to assist me in any way. I do understand your clause, but all these years, I've never been a problem, just one mistake & you fail to assist me. I will never consider insuring with you & would not suggest this to anyone. You are inconsiderate & a scam, telling me you listened to testimonies & that was enough to reject my claim. Useless. Unfair.
