Worse app, huge disappointed, don't reload app doesn't work well. Money deducted, package activated but registration failed. Poor customer service by dialog as always

It used to be a good app to watch TV on the go. Now we are charged for Data usage even though I'm a dialog customer, and I don't use it anymore.
