I got 4 way smart Wi-Fi switch... But it smarts home app does not properly support on/off feature... Toggle button not working correctly and it not showing status of switch

Mesh system doesn't allow client sterring / fast roaming. The devices are all connecting and sticking to the primary node, regardless the device being closer to the slave node. App is buggy and annoying to another level. It also keeps on saying that the firmware is out of date. But when checked, it says it's already on the latest version.

I cannot log in to the app. Says tenant disabled. Also, there is no way to get support for this App. There are no options in the call center support. The bots have no clue about the app. I emailed the address given here and the email bounced.

Cannot connect to Amazon Alexa, although when the product was launching it was told that it supports Amazon Alexa.
