At this point I am amazed at the possibilities that this app has to offer. I've just created my account and received conf. Since I applied for the app, all my ticket #s are available to me. Hope this app continues to impress me because it's a tool that will help me save thousands in lost time and planning. Keep up the great work USIC, I look forward to using your app in the very near future. Thanx. Scott Hook, Hook Excavation

It's really great that I check the status of my utility locates!

Works well in my region for the most part. Total ticket numbers are off in a few areas compared to reality. Also lacks the total ticket info, like type of excavation and remarks on ticket that caller asks for. Ie: please use flags only, call before arrival, extra directions to work site the caller leaves for the locate Tech.

Very helpful for knowing when USIC has been out to locate. The pictures posted save an additional trip out to verify the correct spot was marked.
★★☆☆☆
This is free...only for select customers and select excavators. This needs to be clearly stated to waste less time.
★★☆☆☆
The app will not allow me to log in??? Keeps saying my username and or
password is incorrect
★★☆☆☆
Can't even create an account to access app and when I try to back out of app it asks to log in I have to open task manager to close the app
★★☆☆☆
This app has the potential to be great but barely works. The info in it is spotty and usually does not work correctly or crashes while trying to use it, even after reinstalling it with updates
