Nonsense system! I bought tickets to watch the Dhaka game. But unfortunately I could not watch the game as I was in Chittagong. Report issue for ticket refund, no response after emailing.

I bought tickets to watch the game on January 18. I paid 3000 takas for three tickets. Then they cancelled it, and it's been over a week, and they haven't refunded the money. It's been like this for a while now. They don't answer calls. Received call 15 days ago. They said they would do all kinds of returns, but there is no news from them till now.
