It's an accurate digital level, as long as you calibrate it each use. I compared it to my Sterrett .0005 machinist level and both are reading the same.

Bad at first. Then good. My fonts on my Samsung S20 were set pretty large. This kept all the text from showing up on the screen. I couldn't even get past the product registration screen, so I couldn't use the Smart Level. I was Totally Irate. After a bunch of emails all written in ten minutes, they wrote back the next day and suggested a possible screen resolution problem. I noticed the fonts were set rather large. I set them much lower. Problem solved. I would like more than 50 feet range.

The only function this app provides is to request permission to access your phone. The app then provides a link to download another app. This second app also requests some onerous permissions and requires creation and log in with a Digi-pas account before proceeding. Why does Digi-pas need to gather and track information about me before I'm allowed to use levels I purchased? I cannot urge you strongly enough to avoid this company and the products they offer.
