I have the new waterproof lock, and it pairs nicely with my samsung. It clicks loudly when I unlock it via my app. Doesn't pair with my cheap MotoG6 though.

I'm using both a Google Pixel and an iphone with the new outdoor smart padlock. Its responsive, and I can unlock it in two taps. The lock also feels sturdy in my hands. Overall a good product with nice features!

Despite the negative review, my app works flawlessly. I can pair my locks into the app with ease and manage my locks from the app.

I bought the travel lock, and had some initial difficulty setting it up. But now that its done it works like a charm. The tag that came with the lock is more convenient though. Setting that up via the app was flawless.

The phone app works great but the watch app seems to require the phone app to be open to work which completely defeats the purpose of the watch and the reason for getting this lock.
★★☆☆☆James Pendergrass· Apr 14, 2026
I get excited when something like this comes around, but some things are to go to be true. App doesn't work unless I close out then turn the lock off then on. I mean great idea but I think I should go back to just using the key. I might risk losing the key but at least im not fiddling with my phone to unlock something that should be simple.
★☆☆☆☆Portia Pong· Aug 19, 2020
This app does not pair with my phone. Contacting them was did not help at all as they only doubted my intelligence of distinguishing between a short press and a long press. Furthermore, one of my locks was physically broken after less than 5 uses. Waste of money
