Very disappointing experience with Digimon. The platform is extremely slow and unreliable. Many times files don’t download properly — only empty folders download. The mobile app and web portal both have serious performance issues. Customer support is very poor; most emails go unanswered or get generic replies. Despite unresolved problems, the company still sends renewal reminders and even deducted my subscription amount without consent. Not recommended for storing important data.

This is by far the most useless cloud storage app on the market. Do not trust them with your files. I have completely lost access to both my account and my deeply important data due to their pathetic service & terrible MGMT. A cloud storage service has one primary job: to keep your data safe and accessible. This app fails miserably at both. Customer support is non-existent, and you will find yourself locked out of your own files without any way to recover them.

Not able to log in since months, even if logged in it showed my already uploaded 3 4 months back folders as try again (like not uploaded), before you say we are upgrading the app, first understand that upgrades should happen with notification of downtime or when not being used by lot users. Upgrade the UI its so unintuitive, it's been 3 4 years, I am going to unsubsribebto the plans and uninstall the app after downloading my data
