1. Manual Dial Screen – Added layout template and back button and menu button to screen.
2. Billing information – fixed issue with Select Card not displaying properly
3. My Account Profile – restricted font size to stop text from being cut off.

5. Fixed issue with Low Balance alert button not appearing on smaller device screens.
