★★★★★ Digicel international is very convenient, it helps to keep in touch with family and friends

★★★★★ When I first got the app, I thought I could use it while in Trinidad, but found out that the Digicel International app is for use in the US. Now I call my mom when ever and don't have to jack up my cell phone or landline bill with international calls which could be very costly. I love that Digicel has this international plan, the rate is good. Also, I have the convenience to reload or top up without leaving my home. My Digicel customer service experience was good so far. I would say get the app.

★★☆☆☆ Always taking money from the account when the calls didn't go through and there was no answering machine pick up the apps is OK gave no problem putting minutes on, but there's problem keeping them on have to be calling customer service several times

★★☆☆☆ Rates are unfair. Calls are not good, etc. etc. etc. I could elaborate more, but what's the purpose. The sub par service is not going to change.

★★☆☆☆ The help is not working and can't call support through the app as I'm getting a message saying not enough numbers dialed. How can I call someone in Guyana besides using the person's number?

★★☆☆☆ These guys are just a bunch of scammers. I recently changed my phone numbers and I had $4 dollars worth of credits on my old numbers, When I changed number, it all evaporated. I called customer service, but they were very uncooperative and refused to reimburse my credit. Little Advice stay away from this scamming company worse than Bernie Mad off Ponzi scheme.

★★☆☆☆ I think that's why they were able to steel my purse.usually only happens to displaced Individuals and only american .us.only seems to me. Maybe if we don't give them food assistance due to them being so superior to Caucasian then we wouldn't feel so wronged by being unsheltered and sitting ducks. What do you suggest we use for protection against attackers mace hand weapons? Or do you agree it could be armed forces doing the purse snatching etc. By knowing address of us due to wrongful incarcerate
