I'm a customer of Digicel.I purchase 8 camera 📸 for the protection of my home in jamaica. West indies I'm not in Jamaica right now, but I have a big issue going on in my house 🏠. There is a young lady who is living in my house, and she doesn't want me leave my house. She has become very boisterous, and she has no respect for my home. She illegally rents my house as a.B.N.B.she is collecting rent from the tenant that she rented to. And she is selling illegall drugs in my house, and she has been se

Not good the cameras Not showing clear the vision is clouded

Not able to open the cameras for viewing on my Samsung A13 device. When I click any of the cameras for viewing, the app shutdown. I have to download it on my work phone in order to view the live cameras. However, I'd like to be able to view it from my phone in the event that I have to return my work phone. Also, it would be good if feedbacks could be made through the app.

My experience thus far has been absolutely awful! I received the info on the app, exactly 1 week after the system was installed in my home. To be clear, I was not able to access the camera feed or engage any of the services until a week after installation of the devices. Then, I installed the app and was immediately told that I was barred from accessing the platform because of non-payment.- at this point, I have not even been billed for the service as yet. #completemess.

It's the worst, something was taken from my home, and I could run back the feed, now the app has updated I see a little change but as soon as I try to run it back the app shuts down, this is pointless better come and remove this instead cause all unu do a jus give me a dog without teeth
