I ordered walnut worth 405/- Delivery date was 30th nov today is 1st Dec and the order is not even shipped yet. I tried to call their customer support plenty of times, but the call is not going through. Edit :- today I got a call from their customer care rep telling me she will send it on priority and asked me to delete the feedback soon after I received that my order is cancelled and refund is initiated. This was my first and last order on this app. Never downloading it again. Worst app ever.

Very poor customer service and app management. My first order was not delivered to me. I'd recommend nobody should use this app.
