I have been shopping many things from this app since many years and the experience was great. Also, any issue related to the order, reported to their team was sorted and handled quick and precisely dealt. Now, all of a sudden I'm unable to change store in the app (from paridhan to fitindia organic warehouse) after ordering an item from the paridhan this month. Kindly fix the issue so that shopping online (confectionery, medicines etc.) through this app can become smooth. Thank you

Order history and tracking available only on this ORDER ME app only if you place order on this app. There is no website facility like Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, etc. If you order on the ORDER ME app then it is not visible on the Patanjali Ayurved website at all. Not helpful.

1. Items remain in the cart even when order is successful which gives the impression as if the order was not successful. This happens when there is some technical glitch in payment process which looks like transaction was unsuccessful even though in reality it was successful. So customer places order again resulting in 2 duplicate orders. 2. Mandatory to make unboxing video in case you need refund of damaged product which is not helpful. Photo proof should be sufficient. END.
