Just delete the camera from your phone and follow the Wi-Fi instructions like the first time. They have to be powered on all the time.

Recently, my phone has been crashing and rebooting on its own intermittently. Thought it might be my battery going bad, but then I started tracking when /which app was open and running when it happens. This app was always open. I temporarily stopped using the app and my phone stopped crashing and rebooting.

The app is slow and often times buggy. The cloud service is really expensive. I can get all the same features on Kasa for $30 a year, I don't understand why they charge $80 a year when the app doesn't even work properly. If you want to see who is at your door when the bell goes off, good luck. The app takes long to load when you open it, then you have to wait for your camera to load once you can click on the camera. I switched to a better service that's inexpensive with a better camera.

OK if you want a baby monitor but no good for outdoors, lasted less than a week in wet & windy conditions, ....don't think the camera is as weatherproof as they want you to believe, cheap tat 🤷🏼♂️🏴

It is the most different system I have had to do, I was able to do the initial set up and then a couple of weeks after use the system dropped, and I can't reconnect even after taking the system back to initialize the system
