The camera often goes offline. I thought it was my internet connection but the camera is impossible to reconnect. It either does not get to the Wi-Fi either manually or via the qr code or the app times out when it finally does connect. I am disgusted with this process. Wasted many hours of my life following all instructions.... I'm done! Time for a new camera!

The cameras just stopped working remotely. I can't see them any more outside my own LAN. Is not an LAN problem the camera service kust stopped working. Money wasted.

Next is a much better app than the rebranded UGO app! The last update for UGO lost all my video & the new interface is horrible. Plus check after updating, that your security cams are running. I suggest don't update. UGO uses GMT, good luck getting the time correct so if you're set to run 24 hrs, the cam & cloud we pay for to capture 24 hrs., the best I can get is 18 hrs. I've reached out to support, they're nonresponsive! Time to invest in a new brand of security cams!!!
