What happened to app? Mid-March 2024 app will not load any video recorded or live it just keeps crashing. I hope the developers are working on this. I had to switch back to the blue ip360 app. UPDATE-App is working again. It seems like it was updated a bit. Good to see they fixed loading issue, revising from 1 star to 4.

I've had issues for a month very simple the SD card cannot be viewed. I've got this issue on four different cameras every SD card cannot be faulty. I have written to them from every single camera to ask for a solution, I've also written to them direct email. This company does not even reply and acknowledge to your email. I resell cameras, and I'm in quite a bit of pickle because some of these cameras are $150 to $200 cameras with ipc software and we cannot view recording from SD card.

App is decent BUT even if you select to disable the IR light or LED light in video settings, it only works for about 5 seconds then ALWAYS turns back on (night mode). Doesn't matter which you disable, either color or b/w. Beautiful clear video in daylight hours. UPDATE: Stopped working 3 months ago & will NOT connect even after reset. Removed stars.

App and the camera is ok for keeping an eye what is happening. Yesterday, I had burglary at home, I'm paying the subscription for the Cloud and burglar just disconnected the camera while it was recording and nothing was uploaded. So there is no point in paying the Cloud version, also support is not answering the emails.
