SnapVitals turns your blood pressure monitor into an organized digital log. Photograph the display on your own home blood pressure monitor — SnapVitals reads the systolic, diastolic, and pulse digits in seconds and saves them. No more paper notebook, no Bluetooth pairing, no setup.
⚠️ You need your own home blood pressure monitor (arm or wrist cuff). SnapVitals reads the numbers off your monitor's display — it does not measure blood pressure from your phone or body.
Built for households. Add a profile for each family member; readings, charts, and reminders stay separate per person. Switch profiles with a tap from the Home tab.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Photo log: aim your camera at your monitor's display — SnapVitals reads the digits on-device and saves them. • Manual entry: type readings yourself any time. • Trends: 7-, 14-, 30-, and 90-day charts with ACC/AHA 2025 reference bands shown for context only. • History: list and calendar views with every saved reading. • Doctor-ready PDF: a printable report you can hand to your clinician. • CSV export: spreadsheet-friendly for your own analysis. • Family logs: a separate journal for each household member. • Two daily reminders at times you choose. • Read result aloud (optional): SnapVitals speaks the saved numbers after a scan — useful in low-vision contexts. • Local backup: export everything as a single file you control.

Photos and readings stay on your device. OCR runs on-device. No account, no third-party trackers, no advertising SDKs. We never sell your data. Anonymous usage analytics (which features get used, how often) help us improve the app — see the Data safety section for the full list.
SnapVitals is intended for adults and adolescents age 13 and over. Children under 13 should not use the app.
