So far, very good. Installation was fairly easy. Assembly was easy. I'm impressed with the quality of the materials used in the bird feeder and the camera. The picture quality is awesome. Now, to see how the bird 🐦 viewing and identifying is going to do. I'm very pleased so far.

It's working well most of the time as it's very cheap. Solar panel embedded in camera is good idea to be used. The shortage is that the power is not lasting long time especial for the raining day.

Not sure but latest update with snapshot preview, when camera activated, preview notification saves a lot of time not opening app to check who it is. Nice one.

I have been having playback issues from week to week. This app used to be not too bad but any more it has just been completely horrible. Totally inconsistent. Definitely room for improvement....... Customer service has been a joke....... Do better please.......

Two major problems: 1. I changed sim cards and now the camera does not send alerts/notifications on my phone. But can view the live camera. 2. I paid for cloud storage for two CCTV cameras, each $3.99 and my card shows the charge, but still no cloud service. Quite disappointing, as it was ok earlier, but now its terrible
