My complaint on 2nd Dec 4.45pm with Star hub customer service Ms. Shalu on 1633 until now nobody from star hub contacted me back to explain what happened to my phone line. I've complained about my phone line not working. Prior to that, I've already spoken earlier to another customer service from star hub and that person says my phone line can still be used bcos I'm under fiber. Now apparently ms. Shalu says my line with star hub has been terminated bcos it is under cable. Star hub got no service!!
