Been struggling (SH staff helped too, waiting for my em pwd to proceed) to access “Activate SH posted 5G SIM”. Sadly can't find it here (at SH web pg !?) after 3 days' struggle — my brand-new 5G phone is still offline w/ no access to SH web pg or Google Play (2026).// Seems to be much better now on latest Android than the iOS 7 version I had been using till last month mid-Sept 2017...

Worst app. Ever. Apart from checking your bill, everything else is literally useless. Cannot see latest Service Agreement (still showing old ones from 2023 and cannot even download them), cannot upgrade/change Mobile plans through the app or redirected browser, and navigation to the Shop brings you to the browser version!? Why are you forcing users to use your app when you are not ready (and for years)?! What you have is a vaporware with very expensive technical debt. Replace and decor this app.

Been with star hub for many years.ever since this new app, that the worst nightmare for all the user.is not upgrade, just down n crab on the ground. Can't see any updates balance with data.no right way to make payments for prepaid user.
