I was hoping once Frontier merged with Verizon it would improve, but it's been awful! We have been Verizon customer's since it started! I was very reluctant to switch from Spectrum internet to Frontier after years of service, but I wanted to see if it would be any better, and it has failed! Customer service doesn't exist! It is AI & impossible to actually speak to a human! Spectrum isn't much better but at least the internet service was more consistent! Unfortunately, I'm going to switch back

I've never experienced a worse customer service and communications product in my life. My telephone has been out for over a week and my internet was down for over 4 days. Chat through the app is useless and difficult to maneuver. Agents have no clue as to how to rectify your problem and continually go to "service outage in your area" card. Try and get someone on the phone and again, no help, just different excuses and issue multiple trouble tickets with no way to track progress. Horrible.
