Frontier has finally got their act together. They managed to bring in outside contactors to fulfill work orders and now when an outage. They are punctual and are courteous enough to keep u informed.

Always have a problem with the internet and the app doesn't work. Plus the Ai help support chat is useless and never lets you get a live agent from the web page via cell phone and shows you to us the app...... and when you try to disconnect your service they take over a month to do so and charge you when your told you wouldn't own anything

I was hoping once Frontier merged with Verizon it would improve, but it's been awful! We have been Verizon customer's since it started! I was very reluctant to switch from Spectrum internet to Frontier after years of service, but I wanted to see if it would be any better, and it has failed! Customer service doesn't exist! It is AI & impossible to actually speak to a human! Spectrum isn't much better but at least the internet service was more consistent! Unfortunately, I'm going to switch back
