Frontier is the worst. My Internet is always down, and they make getting service impossible. The app freezes and crashes every 5 seconds (not exaggerating). Just spend the extra money and go with a different company.

Ads, More Ads, Slow, Marginally Helpful I downloaded this app to track my service appointment when signing up for Frontier a couple of years ago. I remember it working fine to set up auto-pay and see appts. I recently reinstalled it to track a service outage in my area. The home page is mostly ads for faster internet or bundled offers. And when I scroll past to check outages, I need to wait a while for more ads to load before pressing the check service button. Frustrating.

Ever since Frontier became part of Verizon, the app takes forever to load (in order to show advertisements) and it has become a struggle to even pay your bill. I hope this isn't a prelude to what's to come for the service.

I'm trying to do it online chat with customer service, and it constantly crashes. Then I have to restart the chat and of course it crashes again, and I can't get to it online to do chat with customer service, and I need it.
