My experience with Frontier was absolutely horrible. I paid a fee for my travels with sporting equipment (bowling balls) and coming here it was not over. Traveled with same weight, and Frontier wanted overage for bowling bag equipment. I contacted Frontier to find out what was covered, and of course they wanted another 100.00. I made a decision to throw away 1 bowling ball costing me 200.00 to clear, so I may travel back to my destination in San Francisco. Will never fly Frontier.

I booked a flight and Frontier decided to change it due to operational issues. I now have a 3-hour layover and bad seats when I already paid for seats, and I don't have comparable seats on the new flight I am stuck with. They won't refund me, and I definitely don't want a $5k credit with this incompetent airline. I asked at least change my return flight for a slight improvement, and they wouldn't without a fee. AWFUL customer service!!
