Those pilots are awesome drivers. I wasn't even scared when we ran into turbulence. Because I knew that they could handle it. The take-offs are always smooth and the landings are also. Kudos to every pilot at Frontier. I wish I knew how to fly, I'd apply to Frontier because they are awesome. Thank you for a pleasant flight.

The app works great. Just keep noting that you are careful about your carry-on items. They are very strict. Nothing to do with the app, tickets are affordable but at the end Frontier is trying to squeeze you for every penny when it comes to Carry-On bags.

Sat here for 3 hours waiting for the plane 1 star later on flight was canceled spirit probably should have stayed and frontier shut down

Wouldn't let me check in, and then I was refused a boarding pass even though I was an hour early. Also, paid for insurance and had to cancel my flight one time because of a tdy, they never gave me my money back or any points. Never using this airline because of multiple failures

Stricter bag policies and stricter enforcement (40lb check-in, unless you pay for the Business Class bundle.) robbery level prices as they Nickel and Dime you for every element of the flight (seats, boarding, bags). Only the most expensive flight bundle ($175 ea person) includes checked-in bags with standard weight limit of 50lbs. The others only include a carry-on bag with even stricter than normal policy. Zero willingness or ability to work with you for any adjustment after paying anything.
