My flight from LGA to YYZ was delayed and resulted in overnight in Toronto. I wanted to retrieve my bag and Sashy (at baggage desk YYZ) tried her best (from 10:40 to well after midnight) to make that happen. She was absolutely FANTASTIC and went out of her way to reassure me that my bag would get to Victoria. I went to a hotel and flew the next day. My bag was on another flight and arrived at YYJ last night 30 minutes before me! Sashy is, in my opinion, an exceptional employee!

I am new to frequent flying, and Air Canada has proven in 2 quick flights, how detailed yet brief their communication is. I am dealing with a delay with receiving my checked bags, and they are being very clear to the status of my bag!

Since the most recent updates, this app keeps 'crashing'. The latest use had it crashing more than 10 times within 2 days. Additionally, the homepage is full of company ads...you have to search through 'more...' to access flight info etc.

Useless for boarding passes, wants you to scan the NFC chip of your passport (which no other airline I've used asks for) and it fails to scan it every time, both mine and my wife's passports, on either of our phones, trying as they suggest with phone covers removed, tried scanning the front and back and photo page, pressing right up against it, nothing works.

The latest update has turned the app into a crashing, battery draining, won't read my passport, hide the info I want, pain, the pre update version worked fine on my android, this one is useless.

One the worst flight reservation apps 8 have ever used. Full of glitches, some for no apparent reason. Other options such multi city flights don't work at all even tried it tens of times. Trying to reach customer service, it's mission impossible. Extremely disappointed of these experiences with Air Canada. I wonder how much business opportunities they miss and customers running from this. These problems are reported everywhere, but nobody seems to deal with them to fix them.
