App has improved from earlier initial releases. Less buggy and better performance and UX across the app. Issues with fordable display still remains. Hope the team can resolve it.

This app keeps logging people out just within days of logging in, even with biometric login enabled. Sometimes after relogin it will somewhat forget the upcoming trips and need to key in all over again, until it logs out automatically again and the forget ur trip, again and again.

Scoot's booking process is an absolute nightmare! No wonder the company is losing money when it takes an hour to actually book a simple four-hour flight Singapore Airlines as a whole is also losing money and to be brutally frank the $10,000,000 pa CEO is the worst value employee in SE Asia. The company needs to get its act together before it bleeds even more millions of dollars. However, service wise, Scoot cabin crew have improved, and they're nearly as good as Singapore Airlines. 99% as good

I experience difficulty in searching my booking, only manage it after a few trials. After check-in to my flight I cannot see my boarding pass, the app direct me to old boarding pass from last trip instead. The app also do not direct or remind passenger to print boarding pass at kiosk or service counter for boarding at Kuching which hs special requirement compare to other airport.

Unbelievable, 1 year later the app hasn't improved. 1. Keeps signing me out! Super troublesome. Even when I enable fingerprint login it doesn't work the next time. 2. Even after adding flights, the 'next flight' disappears after a few weeks. So I need to re-enter the details AGAIN. It's SUPER ANNOYING. We're talking multiple flights. This app is worse than AirAsia.
