I've got both the SIA and Scoot apps, but I've only seen my booked trips disappear in the Scoot app, especially after updates. I have to keep adding the trip manually. Can you please fix this for good?

Doesn't handle passports with no last names very well. Doesn't save my card details, so I have to input them in every trip. Doesn't save my contact details, so I have to input every single booking.

don't have any good experience with this since im unable to login. Always doesn't allow me to create an account. This causes me too unable to check in my flight ticket today. I was late for the on site check in so had to buy new ticket. Sorry never scoot going to fly with you again.
