Because I had a paper boarding pass. The app didn't show any information about the flight: gate, boarding.... it just thought I missed it!!!!

Scoot's app is the worst part of the Scoot experience, and I'm saying that as a Singapore resident who uses Scoot at least every 2 months. The current version has a blank home screen, the previous version wouldn't complete searches for flights, and so on. It may be a budget airline but surely your first line of contact with your customers should work properly. I have reduced the rating to 1 star following Scoot's response to my post - fix the problem, don't tell me to report it!

I'm in Thailand. The app simply doesn't work for me. I am unable to retrieve an existing booking or create a new one. I can enter start and end points, but then the app hangs on the calendar screen. I don't have a krisflyer account.

The app isn't working well. It keeps retrieving data (floating swan). I had to switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and vise versa in order to stop the swan from floating. I cannot redeem flights too. Cannot sign in into my krisflyer acc. My first scoot app, few years ago worked very well. After a series of updates, the app is no longer as it was before.
