I've been trying to log in and reset my password. I couldn't and for 2 months I can't see how much I owe to pay. I've tried to log in using my web browser, and it automatically takes me back to app and the app can't be used to log in. All my issue is how would I be able to access my account if I forget my username and password. Please help or if you can't do that please waive my monthly payment.

This app and service they have here it's the worst some day you can't log in and when you do get to log in the information in the app is not right at all I've to call bell way to many times to figure out what's going on her hear there are charges the that haven't been updated in the app and there 3 day difference really come on now, and I can't see how this app has a 4-star rating
