Update - the developers responded and fixed the bug - it is working great again. Thanks. As others have also reported My Bell app hangs on loading at the app loading screen on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

When my credit was 490 bell still accepted me. They are a little pushy with services but all said and done they got me a plan cheaper than my previous provider and I get crave premium for $10 so all in all they are much better. And they offer Wi-Fi, and it's not too bad of price. To have all these options in one place is great. I will never switch from bell. I will always continue to use this service. They even have bundle Netflix crave and Disney all premium subscriptions 4k streaming $40!

I literally had time to knit a sweater and go for a 100 km run while this freaking app downloaded and then on top of it I can't even get it to load or boot up properly. It just stays on the Bell screen forever

Sneaky discounts. Customer for over 10 years. Sign up for a new phone for my wife online. Nothing special. Just differed payments. The new plan was decent with the discount. AFTER I did all the agreements it pops up that in order to get the discount I have to change my auto credit card payments to debit card payments. Frickn sneaky. I did not want this but had no choice or the phone plan would cost an extra $120 per year!
