I signed up and got a $10 auto-pay discount, I asked the rep can this be done by credit card. They said yes. So I signed up for credit card auto-pay and guess what. No discount yet my auto payment went through. I called in and was told it MUST be via auto withdrawal from a chequing account. I won't do my bank due to heavy fraud against Bell customers. I asked them to pull the call to see this was what was told and was part of the reason I posted over through refused, STAY AWAY FRON BELL ... LIERS

Bell is the worst Company ever to deal with. Impossible to talk to anyone and if your are lucky after holding for 4 hours you can't understand a word. Nothing is ever done as requested, never and still hasn't been corrected. I give up
