Update(Sep.19/26):App stopd working in Aug but devs fixed it pretty quick! Reply to reviews fast, too 🙂thanx Original: It works, the menus can get you (or me, at least) turned in circles, but by checking regularly you can become aware of better plans that you would otherwise not know about. Keeping track of data and turning it on/off (separately for each device/#/plan is useful and the graphs/charts are nice and fairly easy to read. So, all in all not bad. Not great. But definitely not bad.

Bell customer service does not follow up as agreed. I've contacted Bell numerous times and been told that someone will call /email, and I have not heard back. Hours on the phone and no resolution...

Bell Internet hardware is the issue. I needed 4 pods to get decent signal. I dropped the pods went with a better mesh system wired into the modem. You can't even compare using the Wi-Fi off the modem and pods was my first mistake. App constantly makes you log in so frustrating I'm glad I don't use the Wi-Fi app anymore that was worse... But again bell hardware is trash why would the app be better I miss Rogers internet but can't get it here more reliable

Why did my monthly bill go up by six dollars. I just got the bill down and here we go again. Increase the bill. This is not what other providers do.
