★★☆☆☆ This new upgrade, puts the message screen as home screen. Come on, NO ONE uses Bell to msg! Just give me my directory or call history or something. And when my phone rings, nothing pops up for me to answer. It's TERRIBLE!

★★☆☆☆ Does not work properly on Android 10. Phone will ring, but the application does not pop up, thus cannot answer call. Also, receiving messages is severely delayed - I do not receive messages until a few hours later.

★★☆☆☆ It was working fine, and now it seems to work just when it feels like it. Calls come in but I can't answer. Sometimes a call comes in and doesn't ring at all Their customer service is horrible. They are just plain rude. I rarely write reviews, but the customer service guy tipped me over the edge. Don't use this app if you really don't have to.
