★★★★★ I love the convenience this app offers to help me access my bill, pay it, and manage my other services. I find it very user-friendly.

★★★★★ I love the HTC app it makes paying my bill and reporting issues so easy.... I wish all my utilities apps were so easy to use!

★★☆☆☆ Alot of apps not available. HTC doesn't show up on alot of apps provider lists. Therefore, you can't download the app. Thinking about switching services...

★★☆☆☆ Useless app for doing changes for services, i.e. Wi-Fi name change as 'advertised' and Home pass doesn't work with 2 locations for Wi-Fi support either. Seriously considering removal of all HTC services from both locations!! Should rename the app to SUCK ASS!

★★☆☆☆ I requested for a hard-wire connection to be installed to my office and was told they would do that when they set up my service. Technician did not do it and said he couldn't. Was really upset when customer service said I can buy cable and run it myself! AT&T would never do that. Connection is not strong on Wi-Fi. Continuously having to search for our internet access. I thought Spectrum was bad, this is awful. Totally disappointed.
