Hello dev team please add cancel plan button to cancel auto-renew plan. It so annoying that when I top up it drain my balance to renew a plan that I no longer want to use. You guys already done a good job for other function already. I hope this one function will get implement soon.

Out of data while the app is required to update, and I can not use the app to exchange the main balance due to it is require to update.

Internet is a bit slow at some place. I need faster internet because at my house internet can't even go up to 0.5Gb.

It's frustrating that I must exhaust my balance to switch services. If I choose incorrectly, I waste funds on that service's data. To change services, the app requires a top-up every time, which is inconvenient if my balance is low and hinders switching. Why isn't there an option to disable auto-renew or the service? I should be able to top up my main balance and switch to a new service. Instead, the old service auto-renews, preventing any change.

The app is completely unusable. Nothing loads, so you can't top up or renew plans, and you're stuck staring at the loading screen for 10 minutes. 0/10
