I am now no longer a Spark customer but keep getting forms to fill in as I have a $70 credit with you, so I fill. Out the forms send them back then a few weeks later get another form. This has gone on since last year. Have filled in the banking details etc. but no $70. Please help as I would love my credit. Many thanks Heather RIX

There's no such thing as a telecom company that doesn't rip you off. Spark is no exception. Prices go up regularly. One time I paid for a data booster, and it used all of my existing data, leaving me unable to get an Uber home at the end of the night.

Our internet was disconnected, and we called on a thurs to have it remedied we spoke with a technician and many people on the front line and also a supervisor. We were promised 3 times that it would be up and running but when the day came it didn't happen. Today we spoke with a front line person Avery who was clearly not a technician as we talked for 1 hour 15 mins, and she finally gave us something simple to do and it worked. Averyl needs a pay rise plus she should be a technician. Thanks, Avery.
