I am now no longer a Spark customer but keep getting forms to fill in as I have a $70 credit with you, so I fill. Out the forms send them back then a few weeks later get another form. This has gone on since last year. Have filled in the banking details etc. but no $70. Please help as I would love my credit. Many thanks Heather RIX

Absolute trash. I can't buy value packs because I need to "try again later." It's a constant struggle if it will ever work. It's very frustrating having a phone that gets no signal in a large city. 0 customer support. If you try to search "complaints process" through the app, it gives you several options, none of which are for making complaints. For years, I complained about the abysmal service from Vodafone. I take back everything I said, Spark genuinely does not care about customer service.

Half of the pages don't even work. Can't buy extras with just my debit card. They want me to spend $10 on a topup to get a $3 data boost. Would not recommend spark to anyone.

Option to cancel auto-renew on a plan does not work. No response from "Help" within app, painful experience
