I went to center place, had a few problems with my situation, went to chartwell, got a compatible sim card for my phone, worked on all my phones, went back to chartwell on the sim and the plan, changed plans, both persons who served me were awesome. Had a problem with a plan, got told wait a few hours. Got home yes, situation solved, thank you very much to those that served me at chartwell, awesome. Good on the tech details -my homework hehe

I am now no longer a Spark customer but keep getting forms to fill in as I have a $70 credit with you, so I fill. Out the forms send them back then a few weeks later get another form. This has gone on since last year. Have filled in the banking details etc. but no $70. Please help as I would love my credit. Many thanks Heather RIX

I am not happy with my current account!!! 1. got new phone 24/3/2 2.paid $178.78 that day 3. Spoke to a person yesterday (Christian) he advised my current charges are $99 as an initial payment for my phone. Plus other charges are for Fiber etc. I only got connected correctly to Fiber on the 03/04/26 4. I am on a $65 monthly package plus was told it would be an extra $23 per month charge for my phone = $88. Per month that I can afford. I Told Christian to disconnect Fiber as I can go back to wirel

Dark UX to make profit. When they put up their pack prices the auto topups won't update with them. Burnt through $21 of casual rates because I didn't notice. Confused me for days because the app was still showing the old price. I tried removing my auto topup to prevent this from happening again and got an error. Tried contacting customer support to let them know I was being shown the wrong info and that I needed help. They weren't interested. Seems like Spark enjoys having dark UX in their app?

There's no such thing as a telecom company that doesn't rip you off. Spark is no exception. Prices go up regularly. One time I paid for a data booster, and it used all of my existing data, leaving me unable to get an Uber home at the end of the night.
