I am now no longer a Spark customer but keep getting forms to fill in as I have a $70 credit with you, so I fill. Out the forms send them back then a few weeks later get another form. This has gone on since last year. Have filled in the banking details etc. but no $70. Please help as I would love my credit. Many thanks Heather Rix

Terrible. I was told by Spark that data roaming would automatically activate when I landed in LA. It did not, even when I selected "all networks ". I was subsequently told by a phone shop technician that my 4G phone would not operate on the local 5G system. No one in Spark Napier told me of this likelihood. My $59 (?) roaming package has been a total waste of money.

Most of the time when I buy splan or minutes it always fails, and I have to try multiple times just to get a plan to work

Absolute trash. I can't buy value packs because I need to "try again later." It's a constant struggle if it will ever work. It's very frustrating having a phone that gets no signal in a large city. 0 customer support. If you try to search "complaints process" through the app, it gives you several options, none of which are for making complaints. For years, I complained about the abysmal service from Vodafone. I take back everything I said, Spark genuinely does not care about customer service.
