L am I trying to get support because l can't log in to my email account. When l enter my username and password, l get the message l am logged in and then sent into an endless loop asking again for my username and password. Similarly, when l go to the app it tells me to scan qr code which sends me to another endless loop. For a communications company, it is impossible to communicate with you - ironic!!

I got my esim sorted in Beriberi. The young man that helped me was fantastic. He didn't make me feel old and stupid at all, even though that's how I felt 😂 Spark, give this man an award. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good support and helpful, especially if you're a Golden Oldie like I am. Well done Team keep up the great work, Ali pate

Terrible. I was told by Spark that data roaming would automatically activate when I landed in LA. It did not, even when I selected "all networks ". I was subsequently told by a phone shop technician that my 4G phone would not operate on the local 5G system. No one in Spark Napier told me of this likelihood. My $59 (?) roaming package has been a total waste of money.

Buggy and I can't cancel. Cancelling my plan is just broken. I can't stop it from auto-renewing, and that is a serious problem for a paid service. Support asks for details the app already has. Then it says the team is not online. Tell me that first. I also somehow have two of the same plan. With an app this buggy, I don't trust it to bill me correctly. For a telco, the basics should work. Spark fails at cancelling, billing and support.

Terrible you click the link to message someone, and it's nowhere to be found 30 minutes of looking on the ap, and still no luck. We have had no internet or phone line for about a week now. Tomorrow will be round 4 of trying to get it working and another call to spark. Very frustrating to say the least
