Honestly the only problem from other reviews is that they experienced; No items (Use Aisa time) No shipment (well, just wait I guess) Trash support team (IDK) They give you free coins and rewards, claw machines are rigged, but it's accurate. In real the claw machine should be full of prizes but here ther are just 5 or 6 thing worst thing and the claws are really weak

Never received my prize shipment despite it being pending since October 2023. The machines seem to have a high payout or just rarely ever want to pick up anything. There are a lot of prizes that aren't even reachable as well, which leaves the machine empty except for the ones impossible to get. There's only one machine that I found to give an actually decent chance, and you can win from it sometime if you try. Overall, the only good things are the controls, wide selection of prizes and lazers.
