I love playing this yes it cost money, but you do get tickets for logging in twice each month and expire within 24hrs. It's free shipping when you win 2 or more prizes. Never had an issue with shipping since covid. Fast to respond to emails when an issue arises. 10 out of 10. The quality is amazing exactly as shown and what you would find in store on the high end. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves claw machines and hates going out. Can play on phone and computer.

So I won the light prize and all of a sudden it's outa stock. Don't you think they should inform us of that, so now I won nothing? I want my price at least on the other claw app it let's inform the people that the machines are empty

Won two prizes that were about ten centimeters by ten big, thought I would get them for free only to be hit with around 40 dollars of shipping fees. I could but 100 more of the same item for less.
