I've been pleased with my overall experience with this card. I have been hacked for over $450, but after the investigation DX took care of BTW, I received every cent that I had attempted to be taken from me. Can't top that service to your customer when they weren't at fault. Had it not been for the online app where I can see my transactions I might not have even noticed that it was gone for a few days or weeks even. But I know that they are very good at keeping my money safe.

Been trying to get a hold of customer service for two days now, every time I call I get put into a que, telling me someone will call me back, I never receive a call back, when I do call back I get hung up on because I'm told I'm still in a que, need to talk to a real person, not a computer

This app let someone hack my phone, and now I'm not getting any of my money from here they said they would send me a new card, but I have to pay for it ... I just want to be able to get my money from my card have not been able to do that for 5 months now someone else is getting my money !!!!!! GET A DIFFERENT CARD FOR YOUR MONEY THIS ONE REALLY SUCKS!!
