This is a great app to have couldn't imagine not having it! It is very useful as u can cee all you're purchases and just look to cee how many funds you have so easily no calling just a quick look ! I definitely recommend this app!

Annoyingly asking to push AGREE everything I log in is getting on my nerves. And the fact I can't transfer funds from this card to another debit card isn't great but worst is not getting paid 2 days early. Other than those 3 things it's a great help. Thank you in advance.

Direct express should have a system where fraudulent charges are caught before you have to apply for a new card that's frustrating for me and others!

As you can tell I updated the rating from 3* in 2022 to 4* and the problem/issue I'm having is that EVERY TIME I open the app I have to hit agree I totally understand having to do that after an update, but it's annoying to have to do it every time maybe you should have another update where you have a don't show again box for people to check and that way it won't after you hit agree is of this moment that I am writing this with you that's pretty much the only problem I have

Do not trust these people with your money. If a hacker hacks your direct express app and ask them to ship a card to their address, they will do it and will not warn you until it's too late.

ever since the app was updated it does not work Says can't find me Call customer service That's a joke I have called and called sit on hold for hours no one ever answers the phone This new update it's awful And I better be able to pay my bills and get my money this month And next month I'm just going to go to a local bank get an account and change it This is ridiculous Not good at all
