This is a card money is directly deposited on by US Gov. Don't ever use on online apps, or move deposited money to your regular privet bank account, Always keep it locked when not using it.

I really wish I could give this bank this app is zero because I was out of town I haven't used the card for a long time maybe almost a year, and unfortunately they locked my card up because I used it twice no one gave me a text message or an email to see if that was me they just put a fraud alert on the card, and I was stuck in Las Vegas unfortunately someone stole my purse there with my phone in it and my driver's license so here I am with no driver's license no phone can't get to my email and th

If I could give it a zero that's exactly what I'd give it does not I repeat do not mess with these people their incompetent and do not have your interest in mind. It's unbelievable by such an incompetent company could be given such recommendation by the social security office themselves. Garbage app garbage people garbage experience! UPDATE: JAN 2026 Here I am again dealing with a useless know nothing CSR. Look at all the horrible reviews. I feel like an idiot. I'm going to Chime. Ridiculous.
