The clients should be compensated their Losts! I feel compensation is due for the Fraud is within their company!! How else are the Fraud getting used!!

Do not use this card. They won't let you use it online if you do they lock it and make you get a new one. Then if you have money on it and can't pay your bills they don't care. It's happened to me two different months and if it's your money you should be able to use it anywhere you want to. They do not have the right to stop you from using it online. After doing this twice I tried to do direct deposit on another card, and I have to contact SSA. I guess to get their approval.

I'm mad @ Direct Express the lady that I spoke 2 about my card as 2 why I couldn't use it when I had almost a $9 balance & I was wanting 2 make $5 purchase. She said it was locked out & told me there was a Dropbox chg 4 almost $17, which I don't have an account. I verified my address since it's sent via UPS 2 send my new card & she forgot 2 put my lot # for my trailer! I didn't receive my new card still & I paid $13.50 2X for 3-day shipping 2 pay rent. But they won't guarantee 2 refund me.!
