Description
With the new mobile application for your Direct Express® Debit MasterCard® card, you can manage your money conveniently and securely from your mobile device. The mobile application is free to download for the cardholders whose card number starts with 533248. You need to register again with your card details prior to logging in the first time.
Please Note: If your card begins with 511563 DO NOT download this app. Please look for the yellow Direct Express® logo with a description stating that the app is for cards which start with the numbers 511563.
When you sign up to receive your federal benefits on the Direct Express® card, you will receive your payment every month without having to worry about cashing your check or having it lost or stolen. Instead of receiving a check, your money will be automatically deposited to your Direct Express® card account on payment day. You can use your card to make purchases at stores that accept Debit MasterCard®, withdraw cash from Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), and get cash back when you make purchases. You can also use your debit card online to make payments and to also buy money orders at the U.S. Post Office.

The only poor thing about this bank is that there's only a username and the Social Security administration would tell you the technically you don't have an account number, but I think you can get your account number with your Phone Number and Username at the bank or online somewhere but the rest of it keeps my money safe and my card works, and I got it pretty quick!!

I've been locked out of my account for 3 weeks now. I've authenticated 4 times successfully and still can't access my funds. This is the worst place you could ever trust with your money. Bad business!

Even after you dispute a charge they still let that charge be taken and has been being taken from my card for months GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Ok I have had to cancel an order from Walmart because Walmart delivery services were down I canceled my order now I cannot get through to customer service through Direct Express because I call volume, and I just want my money put back on my card they keep saying high call volume I have to call back cannot get in touch with anyone to talk to this is the fourth day now I'm about to go nuts from Direct Express 🤦♀️🤷🏾♀️ I can no longer use my card through Cash app linking it 😮💨 dammit
