GOT THIS CARD IN THE MAIL SIGNED UP FOR THIS APP NOW THE APP EMAILED ME AND SAID THAT SOMEONE TRIED TO USE MY CARD OR USED IT IN ILLINOIS I'M IN ARIZONA I HAVE NOT EVEN OPENED THE ENVELOPE FOR THIS CARD IT'S IN MY CLOSET WAITING FOR SSI TO APPROVE MY PAYMENTS AND SEND THEM THIS CARD IS TOTAL FRAUD! Trying to recover my account, I put in correct information, I checked it, keeps telling me I didn't put in correct information, did this several times now, several days apart and still can't get in to my account, Ridiculously annoying.
