Lady at the social security office told me not to use Direct Express as it has a terrible reputation for making it difficult to access your money. She was right. I called & they said they fixed it, but I still can't use this app.

I had the most trouble with this card. God forbid you forget your password to your account. If you're disabled, and you don't know how to work the account you don't get the right help to fix anything is money that disappears off your card constantly, and they don't reimburse you it's always something that you have to do, or you just lose. I've had this card many years it's the worst card I've ever had.
