The only problem I have is that the app doesn't ever remember my phone!! I only log in to the app on my phone. Every single time I've tried to access my account since 2014 on any phone. It doesn't matter how many times I've saved the phones. Also, the manufacturer of phones doesn't matter for example: LG, Motorola ect... Other than this problem, I absolutely love the convenience of 🏪/7 banking. Doesn't matter what I have to do transfer $, check balance, payments, deposits ect...

The app sucks. I can't get in to it half the time. I always get an "oops something went wrong try again later." I've changed my password I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still won't work properly. I haven't had access to my account in almost 3 days this time. 1/27/2026.
