The only problem I have is that the app doesn't ever remember my phone!! I only log in to the app on my phone. Every single time I've tried to access my account since 2014 on any phone. It doesn't matter how many times I've saved the phones. Also, the manufacturer of phones doesn't matter for example: LG, Motorola ect... Other than this problem, I absolutely love the convenience of 🏪/7 banking. Doesn't matter what I have to do transfer $, check balance, payments, deposits ect...

I've been an exceed customer for over 15 years and the last year I've been having so many problems it's ridiculous I've recently gone to one card which is wayyyyyyy better than exceed I highly recommend them. And I also found a money glitch it worked twice for me. I had a balance of $1000.00, and I kept trying to send it to another account to pay rent and every time I hit send it kept saying trying again later, so I kept doing and doing it, and it sent 3gs. I'm not saying to do it, but it works lol.

App gets worse with every update. Used to work good for me. Now I can't even transfer money from savings to checking because it won't work at all. You can't do this on PC only on the app, so I need this to work fix it now! Update made everything work for a short time now my phone although new and updated can not run it. But, my tablet runs it just fine...
