The only problem I have is that the app doesn't ever remember my phone!! I only log in to the app on my phone. Every single time I've tried to access my account since 2014 on any phone. It doesn't matter how many times I've saved the phones. Also, the manufacturer of phones doesn't matter for example: LG, Motorola ect... Other than this problem, I absolutely love the convenience of 🏪/7 banking. Doesn't matter what I have to do transfer $, check balance, payments, deposits ect...

Its buggy, slow and half the time it doesn't work.....and for the last month or so, every time I log in, I have to go through 2-factor verification just to see my balance.

Glitchy, kicks me out and doesn't recognize my password or device. I have to uninstall the app and my change password for it to work again. Someone's that doesn't even work
