Not as intuitive as I'd like. The card itself isn't universally accepted, but that's not the Apps fault. Also, there's issues with transferring money to other apps like Venmo.

Apps not working, and you have to many verification questions text email and questions too hard to use, and it's taking me in circles trying to set up an account. Yes it is completely useless.a waste of time. You need to get an app that actually works. Because this one sucks big time. I don't even want to give it one Star. It gets a thumbs down 👎.

This is, by an exponential factor, the worst "banking" institution I've ever dealt with. California forces you to use them to receive state benefits, so because of that their entire system is jacked up. Don't use the app nit just does not work. Ever. Don't use the card online, or at a hotel, with Apple Pay, because it just won't work. When you need to call them, set aside an hour at least. 39 minutes of that is just passing the security checks. All to be told that whatever issue you have is bleh
