The only issue I had, was logging in, after my case expired. Once I opened it back up, the app worked perfectly. I get issued funds the same day. Unlike mailing in forms. I can transfer funds from the card, to my personal bank account. No running to the atm, then to the bank. It works like a debit card. Online purchases. I like the fact, that I can lock my card. Scammers are everywhere. This card and app, is literally a lifesaver.

Between double-charging transactions, not letting you put the card in your online wallet, complexities around the sign-in process (you have to type your username and password very slowly or the whole thing gets backspaced), the frustrations with it seem to be the features and not the bug. Also, given this app's purpose for state-level cash assistance/UI, and the refusal to make anything better with it, we have to be very real: the underperformance of this app is purposeful class warfare.

Been with money network for many years. The worst experience is when over $300 was taken from my account $7 at a time, that's over 40 transactions, all to different people using Cash app. My request to get my money back was denied with the reason that I have history with that app. No other transactions before or after had ever gone through Cash App because Cash App doesn't recognize Money Network as a bank, can't link them.
