I like using the MONEY NETWORK APP for all my. EDD unemployment needs and benefits quick and easy. Way to know your deposits and withdrawals especially when u need it it's there. Great convenient way to access UI payments. I would recommend this app to anyone uses UI benefits.

I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about. And calling customer service is easy, and they are there 24/7. I wish I could lock the card, but that's my only real complaint about the app itself.

Not as intuitive as I'd like. The card itself isn't universally accepted, but that's not the Apps fault. Also, there's issues with transferring money to other apps like Venmo.

Terrible, app never loads of gets past log in screen. It's easier to call the number on the back of the card for balance update or access to customer service. Don't waste the soaked on your phone with this garbage

Unless you love, and you enjoy having your money stolen, stay as far away from this card as you possibly can. No matter how much proof you show them (that you did not make the purchase) they will deny your appeals in order to keep from giving you your money back. THEY also will not give you the proof ,,,no matter how many times you request it & they will lie and say they sent it to you (even though they and you both know they never did).
