Update review: 12/3/2021 I just downloaded the proper app for SSI DIRECT EXPRESS card. It's a struggle. Or has been. I think I'll be giving up this SSI life soon. I'm gonna be a brain surgeon. Applying to medical schools now! If I can't get in a good one? I'm gonna go to South America and study. Maybe I'll be a foot doctor. Not enough of those around. Or a gynecologist everyone keeps joking. That's a gross joke! Old review: 2019 I love this app. I wish all banking apps were this easy to use!

If it's such a great app how come I can't find my account number and routing number these are important things we need to know why is it I can't find it in this app. You know what I don't even want to deal with your people anymore. Just put my direct deposit to my providers card you let me get ripped off twice once when I was locked up you said there was no fraud and now Google alchemy does the same thing and you say that it's okay no fraud well I don't want you handling my money anymore

I have nothing but greif with this. I got a newer phone and have to carry the old phone because I can't get this app to work. My other bank accounts work on this phone. Maybe the December 4th version will work. Why can't these cards work at gas pumps? We're DISABLED! Do we get to walk all the way to the cashier?
