Comments on Disable Battery Charging 🔋 ROOT for Android

★★★★★ Works great as advertised, you need to be rooted. OnePlus 5. I'd really love to be able to automatically trigger this when I open the DJI app. I'm sure many users are using this to stop charging a phone when plugging into a remote controller. It's slightly annoying to turn the app function on for when I fly, but then remember to turn it off before I try to actually charge my phone! I wonder if you could include some form of Tasker integration? So I can trigger the DJI app to disable charging automatically? That would so awesome! Thanks for your work, I'll likely be purchasing this soon.

★★★★★ I used this in my rooted Note 4 and it really works now I can fly my DJI Mavic drone without the Rc charging my phone and heating up...

★★★★★ Well, it stops charging my Pixel 2 XL, however then it does not connect to Mavic remote at all. Only number 2 works, but I will reboot and try again. EDIT: Reboot did not help, however it works if I follow this procedure: 1. Connect the phone to remote 2. Start DJI Go4 app and wait for Go Fly blue button to appear 3. Switch to Disable Battery Charging app and press number 2 for Pixel 2 XL 4. Switch to DJI Go4 app and press Go Fly I know you mentioned somewhere that this app should be used with USB cable disconnected, however it works this way.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work on rooted GS5 on 6.0.1. it says charging has stopped, but phone continues to charge until full. I wanted this to stop draining the Mavic controller. Wasted my money

★★☆☆☆ not working on S7 edge. once i connected to dji and using this app to disable batt charging the dji will tell Enter device 😔😔

★★☆☆☆ it does not work. i did root my Tecno Cx thinking this will help me to stop charging when connected to my drone controller. it was just a waste of time.

★★☆☆☆ No buttons worked on Samsung S9. Well the "donate" button worked....
