The reason for 1 star is that I can't find and because I am pretty sure there is no way to put this app to english wich is a big problem as i don't speak hebrew plz make an update and add english to make it easier for new immigrant like me

I am shocked by how my bank treated me. I have a stable income from the same job for 6 years, an excellent credit score, no debts, no overdraft, and this was my first loan request for education. Instead of professional service, my request was dragged out for a week. Calls were not returned, messages were ignored, and I was left without clear answers. Everything in my financial profile is in good standing, so this treatment made no sense. I applied elsewhere and was approved within the same hour.

Imagine coming from another country and not having access to other languages. I literally need to screenshot and Google Translate everything. You think you would expect that in this day and age. Hire someone to translate your app it's not impossible... Also, the manager at Modiin branch is not so respectful, don't have time for you vibes. And on top of that I've been waiting 40 minutes on the phone to talk to a representative. Multiple failures.
