For the past few weeks my app has not been acknowledging my exercise goals for game board plays. I already have vitality and have been a member for years, and it reflects on the main discovery app but when I look on the banking app for game board plays it says I need to join to get rewards.

I hate this bank, they are busy making credit inquiries every week without my consent. I've lodged a dispute with Experian and to my surprise they sent a screenshot with blank information. I don't recommend this bank. I'm escalating my matter to credit ombudsman.

My phone number is not on a contract on my name, now your app is giving me issues to sign up, because "what we have recorded does not match". Now I can't do anything about it because I long don't have my old number anymore, long long long, all my latest Discovery documents have my new number on it. Imagine this being your initial experience, no, thanks.

Worst banking app in the world. They lock my account after every transaction. They never answer the phone. They have cost me thousands of rands and hours and countless business opportunities. They are ruining my life. You will be better off with any other bank in the world. Guaranteed. Am in the process of transferring every cent out of there
