Hi Team, In transaction history please show remarks which we input during transactions. It just shows the account name we transferred only. Also increase the character limit and allow characters in remarks.

I've used more than 5 different banking app so far. This app is very responsive and user freindly. We can quickly do utility payment, fund transfer and any credit card payment. Also we can save the account number for the future payment. No need to add again and again.

I have been using NTB Mobile app for quite some time now. The app is very user-friendly. My only concern is about its security. When we transfer funds, the app doesn't have a 2 way authentication (whereas an OTP is common for most of similar apps). Some banking apps are more secured where we need to enter an OTP other than the regular password even to log in. Security should not be compromised with user-friendliness.

I got the same message saying my phone is rooted. This is bloody nonsense as all other banking apps are working. Took the advice the developer has given other users here to un install and reinstall. It's still the same. This was fixed.

All of a sudden, an error appears saying that my phone is rooted or suspicious apps are installed. Why do I need to change anything on my phone to use your app? Fix this. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work.

Nov 2025 app update is the worst. Each time I start the app I get a vague "invalid request" error, which requires me to: 1) clear cache, 2) login again, then 3) call NTB support to add my phone as a "new authorized device". Horrible UX.
