I am very disappointed with NTB Bank's service. 😠😠😠 It's been 18 days since I requested to update my phone number, but I am still receiving messages on my old number. Despite your claim of a fully digital service, I was told to visit the bank or write a letter. Mr. Vishwa informed me the admin system can't update my number yet. This is concerning for a digital bank. My email from June 9 about this issue remains unanswered. Why should we trust a bank that ignores urgent customer requests?
