Note 5 First of all... Great job to you all. When I am logged into my account on my smartphone and computer.whenever a new call is dispatched from the smartphone the computer program doesn't send the call to the assigned calls until I refresh by clicking on the finished icon and then back to waiting.then it transfers to assigned.thanks again.thom

This is by far the best digital dispatch software I have seen and/or used over the years. I highly recommend it for anyone that works with motor clubs. Makes our mom and parks seem like a large operation. Saves tons of time with billing and payroll.

I have an LG 7 thin, and it had a system update since then it won't open. It stays stuck on the welcome screen 🤦

When creating a call on the app vs desktop etas are not automatically created. That's my only big issue with it

3 Years never worked properly Still doesn't work. None my drivers ever received a notification removing the reason to even have it. I have had to text message every driver to inform them of a new dispatch. It's like having a phone that doesn't ring. We've complained every 2 weeks for 3 years. We've lodged over 75 complaints each time promises were made but never delivered a fix. At least 50 additional complaints were made regarding other issues, never fixed. The only consistency is their ability to debit my account for payment.

Samsung A50 crashes the instant you try and open the app. Ongoing issue. Reading through the reviews here tells me I'm not the only one with this issue.
