Absolutely no notification sound at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times in the past two days and still no sound. Have missed many dispatches already. I have read others reviews and looks like many others have same issue.

Love the customer service, but the app is about 30% accurate in terms of notication, and memory. It doesn't store calls completed as of record. I love Tow Magic as a whole, I believe it to be better than Tow book, completely!
