★★★★★ Very efficient software, and responsive support even after hours. Coupled with Dispatch Anywhere, I have streamlined the "behind the scenes" aspects of my rapidly expanding RSA business. The training and support team are great. Upfront pricing, and when COVID-19 started, Beacon went above and beyond to adjust my rate temporarily while I stressed out about more important things like making payroll. GOOD JOB BEACON!

★★★★★ I've only had 1 call so far and as for information it was there, however me being new to the APP I didn't understand how to accept or navigate through the App, so I lost the job. But from what I saw at the time this should really be a cool app.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely no notification sound at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times in the past two days and still no sound. Have missed many dispatches already. I have read others reviews and looks like many others have same issue.

★★☆☆☆ Love the customer service, but the app is about 30% accurate in terms of notication, and memory. It doesn't store calls completed as of record. I love Tow Magic as a whole, I believe it to be better than Tow book, completely!
