The app works great; it's easy to understand, it gives multiple order numbers to confuse everybody. You can't press and hold to copy the order numbers. The app doesn't have dark mode, it blinds drivers at night, their support staff and everyone I chatted with are very friendly. The pay is amazing sometimes but mostly not. They were offering jobs that pay $35 but the customer paid an enormous amount, I think the order total was $2500 or so. I'm broke. The employees here must make bank!

Dispatch is one of the best app to make money, I have been working on since 2020, and I never had an issue with them, they are supportive and understanding, but they really value drivers who joined their company. Thank you for everything. We need more routes to be and keep us busy

Literally customer service or client support is non-existent. Don't waste your time with this company, the dispatch team is trash. I've been with them a year and because they have emotionally stunted individuals in the dispatch support team, you'll get little to no work. If you're not prepared to be a brown nose, this isn't the job for serious work. Pay is trash too. Look else where.
